I wasn’t planning to write a review, but after receiving an email about it, here I am. The seller shipped my order on November 28-29, and I chose express shipping for an event on December 6. It’s now December 14, and I still haven’t received it.
The issue lies with the courier, Fleet Optics, which has had my package for 15 days. It’s been sitting in Edmonton for three days, and despite passing by my house, the driver didn’t deliver it. Now it’s back in Calgary. After three failed attempts, it’ll be returned to the seller.
Fleet Optics has an awful reputation, as a quick Google search or Reddit thread will show. It’s frustrating because the seller is great, but their choice of courier ruined the experience. At this point, I don’t even care about the package anymore.
