Ordered a 125ml of Sedley, got my package in 2 days. Went to open it, and it was full of decants. Messaged them to tell them I got sent the wrong order and it just didn’t seem like a big deal to them. First thing he told me to do was send it back to him, I was expecting a sorry or something but never heard one. they said they’ll have to wait to see if someone messages them and tells them they got my bottle. Then I’d have to wait for it to get shipped back to him, then they’d ship it back to me. So much hassle for something they did wrong.
I felt like a bother everytime I’d message to ask about the refund or anything. Luckily found it on another discounter and got it for a cheaper price. Not a good first time experience and won’t be back again.
