Shipping & Returns

We have a no-return return policy, to uphold the integrity of the authenticity of the fragrances, unless there was a mistake made by us whereby we will offer a refund or another option to make it right!

 

Shipping times at checkout are once orders are shipped out, and not from order date. For example, if shipping at checkout states "Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days" this means that once the order is shipped, you can expect it within 1-3 business days.

 

Once orders are placed, please allow up to 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Shipping (outside of Canada)

The customer will be liable for paying any customs and/or duties (if applicable) at the time of delivery.
